1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, both within the United States and internationally.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 7 business days (after processing)
- Delivery Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal partners depending on location
- All shipments include tracking numbers for real-time updates
3. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or border fees imposed by their local government. We do not cover or reimburse these charges.
4. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for:
- Delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses
- Customers are responsible for re-shipping costs if a package is returned due to address errors or delivery refusal.
If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional charges may apply.

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Delays may occur due to:
