We offer free standard shipping on all orders, both within the United States and internationally.

3. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must meet the conditions below.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  
• All original tags must be attached
  
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
  
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  
  

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

1. Email info@western-jacket.com with your order number and reason for return
   
2. Wait for approval and return instructions
   
3. Ship the item using a trackable method (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect)
   
   

We do not accept returns without prior authorization.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days
  
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was incorrect or defective
  
  

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement
